Fire Relief and Recovery
The Long Road Ahead to Recovery
The flames may be out, but the devastation left in their wake remains. The January firestorm that swept through Southern California has displaced thousands, leaving families grieving, homes reduced to ashes, and communities struggling to recover. The physical destruction is immense, but the human toll—the loss, the uncertainty, the heartbreak—cannot be measured.
Since the first evacuation orders in Altadena and Pasadena, we have been on the ground, walking alongside those affected, assisting with recovery efforts, providing resources, and helping families take the first steps toward rebuilding their lives.
The road ahead is long, and for many, the hardest days are still to come. But we remain steadfast in our mission to bring comfort, aid, and hope. Your support is needed now more than ever.
If you have donations of tangible items, please contact our office at contact@dioceseofthepacific.org.
Thank you for your lovingkindness and support!
